Return Policy
Part 1–Category, Return Window, and Actions Possible
Return is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/or refund is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
*Note – We mention the product type in the “Additional Information” tab of the product page! We divide the return policy into three parts. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which we will accept returns.
Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
- The returns would be acceptable only if the mentioned conditions will satisfy:
- A product should be packed well with all in-the-box accessories as delivered.
- Quality-check signed mark along with the Order id must be clearly visible on the product.
- The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged, Product should be unused, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (if any) should be present.
- Send it back to the address provided (will be shared by our support team) at the time of returns.
- Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Not accepting shipment at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
- Shipping address out-of-bounds at the time of delivery. (It should be picked up from the destination courier office)
- Customer Unavailability at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
- Future Delivery requested at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
For any products for which a refund or replacement is to be given, the refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received.
Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return
- In general, the items applicable to the returns will be refunded accordingly.
- While accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted delivery, no return request will be processed. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
- Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Sometimes, we may require the Account Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
- We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
- All refunds will be partial (order processing charges and other online charges) will be deducted.
- Refund will be initieted after the product is physically recived product in warehouse.
